- How long will my Beer Passport be valid for?
A – Your Beer Passport is valid for the specified calendar year, Jan 1st – Dec 31st.
- Can I use my discount more than once at each brewery?
A – Each discount is valid for a one-time use at each participating brewery. Some of our partner breweries provide a year-round discount of 10% off. This additional discount is only valid once the initial discount has been redeemed and is intended for the Beer Passport holder only.
- What can I use my discount on?
A – You can use your discount on beer produced by the partner brewery that you’re visiting. The discount can not be redeemed against guest beers, food or other products available at the brewery.
- If a brewery has multiple taprooms or venues, can I use my passport at any of them?
Your passport can only be used at the specified brewery taproom. The address of which is listed in the passport.
- Can I use my discount for online purchases?
A – No. Unfortunately, as the passport is a physical passport, it requires you to visit the brewery to redeem your discount as your passport must be stamped. We encourage our customers to visit our partner brewery’s websites where they often have discounts for online purchases. You can find a link to each of our partner brewery’s website via the ‘partner breweries page.
- What do I do if I’ve lost my passport?
A – Unfortunately, if you lose your passport, we will not be able to replace it and you will not be able to redeem your discount at partner breweries. Keep it safe.
- My passport is damaged, what should I do?
A – Your passport will wear and tear if not properly looked after. The passport being excessively damaged may result in it not being valid at participating breweries. Keep it safe, avoid liquid and rough usage.
We use Royal Mail for all orders. We aim to have your product with you in 2-5 working days unless you are ordering a pre-order product. If you have not received your product within 5 working days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, referencing your order number. If you are ordering a pre-order product we will specify the anticipated delivery date in the product description.
- My passport arrived damaged, what should I do?
A – If your passport arrived damaged, we will replace it after inspection. Please contact email@example.com to arrange a replacement.
- I’ve changed my mind and would like a refund, what should I do?
You are entitled to a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your product. We will accept refunds as long as the product you have purchased is in its original condition, undamaged, unused and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund.
- The brewery I wanted to visit has closed permanently, can I get a refund?
A – No. We can only accept refunds if your Beer Passport was purchased in the last 30 days, unused and undamaged, with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, brewery closures do not warrant a refund.
- COVID-19 means I can’t visit a brewery to redeem my discount, what can I do?
A – Current times are constantly changing and government-enforced lockdowns may impact some, or all, of our partner breweries and their ability to remain open. Each passport is valid for the entirety of each calendar year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st), which should provide plenty of opportunities to redeem your discount.
